KP ThriveThe Community Foundation for Northern Virginia has partnered with Kaiser Permanente to support Kaiser Permanente’s Northern Virginia Social Health Impact Fund.  This fund benefits organizations that provide social service referral and coordination services to address the social determinants of health (e.g. food access, employment, housing, utility supports, etc.) for residents in the following areas: Alexandria City, Arlington, Fairfax, Fairfax City, Falls Church City, Fauquier, Fredericksburg City, Loudoun, Manassas Park City, Manassas City, Prince William, and Stafford Counties.
